Angela Wang’s litigation practice focuses on complex civil and business litigation matters and has litigated cases in a broad array of matters, including banking fraud and abuse involving a multi-national corporation, multi-million dollar commercial contract disputes, government contracts, labor and employment violations, securities and investment fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, product liability, medical malpractice, unlawful foreclosure, and unfair business practices. Ms. Wang also has experience with bankruptcy filings and hearings.

Ms. Wang also advises small businesses in partnership disputes, dissolution, employee-employer matters, shareholder agreements, share valuation, and contract disputes. Ms. Wang has served as counsel to a multi-million dollar media trading platform technology company since its inception as a startup in Silicon Valley on various issues such as corporate setup, legal infrastructure and processes, contract negotiation, legal and HR compliance, and IP issues.

While in law school, Ms. Wang served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Suzanne Segal, United States District Court, Los Angeles. She was also the Executive Managing Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal and published a student note on the complex nature of accession agreements and related compliance of developing countries admitted into the World Trade Organization.
